Nothing to add other then the fact that I'm immensely jealous. Enjoy!

I am new to Philly HBC ( I will soon introduce myself fully in the proper section).
I went cross-country in Belgium a couple years ago and will be returning later this summer.

Here are some friendly suggestions:

Brussels:
1) au Bon vieux temps (https://plus.google.com/103481186631922 ... l=us&hl=en) - My favorite in Brussels only because this is where I had Westvleteren 12 for the first time; they may or may not have the 12 at any given time but they'll have at least something from Westvleteren.
2) A La Morte Subite - great Sours and great place to eat
3) Le Porte Noire (http://www.beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/2290/) - not touristy; dark basement with great beer selection; awesome for after dinner.
4) Delirium Cafe - unbelievably touristy! but it's an institution; so up to you if you can put up with the bullshit.

Bruges:
1) d'garre - (http://www.beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/1235/) the House Tripel (made by Van Steenburge) was one of the best beers I had in Belgium; I found a bottle of it since and thought it wasn't very good; maybe it doesn't travel well; but great place to grab a snack and a beer; a little hard to find.
2) 't brugs Beertje (http://www.brugsbeertje.be/index_en.htm) - overall my favorite; good food, great beer selection
3) Cambrinus (http://www.cambrinus.eu/english.htm) - pretty good; touristy but an institution; hard to get a table; may or may not have Westvleteren (blonde, 8 or 12)

I hope this helps.
